The Resonance Intensive is a 12-week group coaching cohort built on the Resonance Framework — Attunement, Alignment, Amplification, Activation. Four phases, in sequence, each one making the next possible.
It is not another skills program. It is the work underneath the skills: closing the resonance gap — the distance between who you are and how the people you lead actually experience you. That gap is what the Resonance Gap Assessment measures. This is the room where it closes.
The Founding Cohort is the first room. Fifteen seats, for leaders who carry real credibility — the promoted expert now running the team, the consultant whose expertise is the whole firm — and who have noticed that expertise alone has hit its ceiling.
How founding membership works
1. Reserve
$250 holds your founding seat. Not full tuition on a dated program — a seat in a cohort that forms around its founding members.
2. Credit
Your deposit applies in full to the founding rate when the cohort confirms — $1,499 pay-in-full, or credited against the 3-payment plan of $575 × 3.
3. Lock
Founding members keep the founding rate for good. From Cohort 2 onward, the Resonance Intensive is $2,995.
4. Refundable
Until the start date locks, your deposit is fully refundable. The date is set with the founding members — if it doesn't work for your calendar, or the room doesn't fill, every dollar comes back. No questions, no forms.

- Your Resonance Assessment baseline in Week 1 — and the Week-12 re-measure that shows the shift in black and white.

- The cohort community — the room stays open between sessions.
- Your 90-day Resonance Action Plan — built in Week 12 from twelve weeks of direct observation, yours permanently.
A seat, not a gamble
Between your deposit and Week 4 of the program, there is no point at which your money is at risk.
Before the start date locks: your deposit is fully refundable. No questions, no forms.
Weeks 1–4: attend the first four sessions, and if the program isn't the right fit — for any reason — email me and your full investment is refunded within 7 business days.
Week 12: complete the twelve sessions and the between-session work, and if your Week-12 Resonance Assessment shows no measurable improvement over your Week-1 baseline, full refund.

Built from inside the room
I'm Dr. Bob Nolley — PhD in Leadership, Certified High Performance Coach trained in Brendon Burchard's methodology in the High Performance Institute, and a full-time IT project manager.
